The day 2 of this journey begins with writing 10 things we are grateful for and reading them with saying “Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou”, in morning only. Showing GRATITUDE has major impact on the feelings throughout the day. You feel more and more positive.
For the second day book asks us to find a rock or a stone, choosing a size which fits in our hand and can close fingers around. Put this rock on your bedside where you will definitely see it before going to bed.
On the second day before going to bed, hold the magic rock in your hand and think about all the “good things” happened through out the day and find the best thing that happened and you are grateful for. Say the magical word THANK YOU. Keep the magical rock back to it’s place.
For the next 26 days, do this every night before you go to your bed.
Being grateful is so powerful that you will have more and more things to be grateful for everyday.
